Candidate information we may collect
We may collect information you provide in a resume, application form, email, portfolio, interview, work sample, message, or recruiting conversation.
Name, contact details, location, language ability, education, and work history.
Portfolio, project samples, skills, availability, expected compensation, and role preference.
Interview notes, evaluation feedback, test or assignment results, and communication records.
Information shared through LinkedIn, BOSS Zhipin, 58.com, referrals, email, or other recruiting channels.
How we use candidate information
We use candidate information to evaluate fit for current or future opportunities, communicate about roles, schedule interviews, review work samples, conduct internal hiring discussions, and improve our recruiting process.
For early-stage or project-based roles, we may also use information to determine team fit, project scope, collaboration terms, and whether a paid, bonus-based, internship, contractor, or other arrangement is appropriate.
Who can access the information
Candidate information may be reviewed by Fukang team members involved in hiring, operations, product, sales, sourcing, or management. We may also use trusted tools for email, document storage, applicant tracking, scheduling, or collaboration.
We do not sell candidate information. We only share it when needed for recruitment, business operations, legal compliance, or protection of our systems and rights.
Retention
If you apply or discuss a role with us, we may keep your candidate information for future opportunities unless you ask us to delete it, subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs.
As a working baseline, we aim to review inactive candidate records periodically and remove information that is no longer reasonably needed.
Your choices
You may contact us to update your information, withdraw from a recruiting process, or request deletion of candidate information. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, compliance, or dispute-resolution reasons.
